As EVP, Co-Chief Investment Officer, Sarah leads our teams across Digital Activation, Print and Out of Home. Sarah is also an active leader in the industry and has been the force behind may of Horizon’s strategic partnerships and processes across the media marketplace. Sarah has brought a digital-first, integrated approach to the agency’s processes and workflow by mixing talent and disciplines to help bring fresh thinking and a renewed focus on continuous improvement. By applying a brand-first approach focused on driving business value, Sarah is driving greater to speed to market and seeing investment decisions more closely aligned with a client’s most important KPIs and business outcomes. Sarah is a well-rounded and trusted marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. Before joining Horizon, she was EVP, Managing Director, Digital at Carat where she drove best practices and integration across all media channels. Prior to Carat, Sarah worked on a number of major brands, including IBM, American Express, Verizon, Macy’s, Home Depot and Burberry. Sarah is highly sought after for her thought leadership on all the industry’s most prestigious panels and events. Her leadership has been widely recognized and she has received many prestigious accolades throughout her career, including being named a Min Sweet 16, Advertising Women of New York’s Working Mother of the Year award, AdAge’s Top Digital Hires list, and a 212 NYC Thought Leadership Award. She graduated from University of Southern California in Los Angeles with bachelor’s degrees in English and American Literature and International Relations.
